Questions about design

I have a question about redundancy and HSRP. On switch A I have a trunk port set-up with VLAN 15-19 and on the MFSC I created VLAN 15- 19 and assigned IP addresses. We have Switch B connected to Switch A with a trunk port set-up between the two and we are running HSRP between the two boxes. My question is if none of the ports in Switch B will belong to VLAN 15-19 is there any point of creating these standby IP address on Switch B? Switch A & B both have redundant SUPS in Single Router mode. VLAN 15-19 are just set-up as WAN links and they only connect into switch A. Do I bother adding the interfaces on Switch B MFSC and what would that buy me?

I added a Visio diagram showing what I am trying to show

There is no point in creating standby ip address in switch b. For more information on understanding and troubleshooting hsrp follow the url ,
