"SYS-4-P2_WARN message in my log on 4006 switch

I have a 4006 switch that I have in the core of my customers small network. Every now and then i get this message in the log buffer that says

"SYS-4-P2_WARN: 1/Invalid traffic from multicast source address ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff on port 1/1. Port 1/1 is a Gig Fiber link to a 3500 XL switch in an access closet.

What does this message mean?
