i have a 2600 8 async port router,when i connect using dialup its connecting at speed 19 k but using the same dialup when i connect to other ras router its connecting 30 k,i want it to connect that ras 2600 router at the same speed 30 k.as i check both the configs are same
what do i need to do????

ensure your modems are not set to 19K. try hard setting them to 30K or more.
ensure your carrier PSTN is certified for modems not telephones.

Here is how my modems are set-up:
line 33 48
exec-timeout 0 0
flush-at-activation
modem InOut
modem autoconfigure discovery
no exec
transport preferred none
transport output none
flowcontrol hardware
I also upgraded my IOS from 12.2(11)T to 12.2(15)T, this updated the modem firaware... (show modem version)

NM-AMs in 2600 are very sensitive and needs proper grounding of chassis.
I have seen some similar issues in the past where modems will give low connect
speeds in the absence of proper grounding. Also make sure there is no RFI (Radio Frequence Interference) nearby. Please see the following for more on how to ground the chassis :
