Retrieving or Writing Config files to CW2000

I am using CW2000 as my tftp server. I have all the archive configs stored on my CW2000 server. When making changes through telnet, I cannot do a copy run tftp or retrieve files "copy tftp run". I am getting Permission denied. How can I retrieve config files from my CW2000 server archive file from the command line?

CLI is not the supported way to do this.
