RME 3.5 on W2K Professional - Does not show Int status in Availibility.

I am not able to see interface status in RME 3.5 using Availibility.

Is any one using RME 3.5? and seen this problem.

Is Availaibility turned on under Administration?. Not seeing such here though in my setting.
