Hi Sam --
Q. Is this a Frame-Relay Network?
Q. Have you spoken to your service prvider and if so, what have they said?
Thanks -

No, this is a point to point T1/T3 lines.
The service provider tells us that there is no line errors. It shows that in the sh interface serial command that there is no transitional errors.
Thanks.

your router is either crashing or it is losing power , look at a sh ver this will tell you if it is power or a crash , if it is the same time each day chances are the router is plugged in to something that is on a timer .

The uptime on the router is 2 hours, I think you're right as to why the router keeps crashing everyonce in a while. Could it be the power supply on the router or could it be a UPS issue.
Thanks for your help.

A 7200 would be complaining about a bad power supply , My guess is that the power strip is on some kind of timer that resets at the same time each night , the router is resetting at the same time each night .

No, the router resets at different times, sometimes once a day, once every two days or once every weeks. I wonder if there is an existing issue the current verion of the IOS.
IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-JS-M), Version 12.0(7)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) .
I want to check the cisco website and find out if there is a known issuses. I'll probably need to upgrade the IOS before taking any further actions.
Thanks.

We have run 12.0(7) T on many routers and this code is not very stable.
If you are hitting a bug it will tell you in a sh ver , it will sh last restart via software forced crash or something like that ,
paste in a sh ver

Here is the output of sh ver.
