Router to Router

I have two spare routers 2500 and 2600 with built in DSU/CSU. I would like to hook these up on a test environment and make "WAN" connection between the two. Can I do this using the DSU/CSU? If I can't what wil it take for me to hook up the two routers?

For the 2500 side use an external CSU/DSU and on the 2600 side use the internal CSU/DSU. Use a rollover cable between them. Configure one CSU for internal timing and the other for line. You can use the default encapsulation of HDLC.
