I have a problem of issuing rsh (remote shell) commands to cisco router. I've already enabled rsh on the router and defined a previlaged user account. The command "ip rcmd-host ..." requires both local and remote usernames and I've specified a windows domain administrator user as the remote user. However, I still cannot connect to the router using the specified remote host and username.
Any suggestions?

For a remote user to execute commands on a router, be sure that the remote client request is sent with the local username, host address, and remote username and that these values match the values configured in the local authentication file.
for example:
ip rcmd remote-host router1 172.16.101.101 netadmin3 enable

check your acl as well.
