Is it possible to run simultaneously OSPF and EIGRP on the same router's interface (the interface has two IP addresses from two different IP classes, every routing protocol is using one of the IP classes) without redistributing routes between OSPF and EIGRP ?

According to my knowledge, Eigrp uses the primary IP address of the interface for sending updates. ( Anyone knows how OSPF works in this case???)Please check this scenario in lab setup before implementing in LIVE setup.

i think OSPF has the same manner as EIGRP..so doing this will need that u run both of the protocols within the same IP on the interface

you can run them both but the AD of EIGRP is 90 , OSPF 110 Eigrp routes will be preferred .

yesh it is posible you with two logical interface on a interface
like serial 0
serial 0.0
serial 0.1
so at the same time you can configer eigrp and ospf but ospf on serial 0.0 and eigrp on 0.1
try it ,
