serial int on 7206 problem

hi,

Can any one tell me Y is the status of DSR=down.when as i am able to ping the ip of the other end ip sucessfully.(DCD=up DSR=down DTR=up RTS=up CTS=up).

DSR is assrted by the DCE, most likely the CSU the absence on DSR is not anything to be alarmed about. It generally means that the DCE is powered on. Since you can ping over the circuit then I would not sweat it.
