Setting the system clock

I am using a Cisco 3661 router with IOS version 12.2(4)T. My problem is that everytime the router is rebooted I have to reconfigure the system clock because it resets to Feb 28. I correctly configure the clock and write the changes to NVRAM. Is there something else that I should do?

You might want to run NTP and synchronize the time each time the router boots.
