Setting up dial in scripts

Is it possible to force a script to be ran on a machine after they connect to the AS5300 or any other Access Server?

We have a script that will scan a machine to see if NAV and the most current updates are loaded. We can push is to our LAN users at startup or login, but how can I force this scan to run on dial up machines.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. If the dial-up users are going to login to the same server, then the same script can be invoked for them as for the LAN users. The access-server need not do anything in such a scenario.
