sh fr pvc command - output results

S1 was in an UP/DOWN state and S1.2 was in a DOWN/DOWN state. When I executed the "sh fr pvc" command after AT&T rebuilt my pvc, I noticed that the "last pvc status change" field reflected the config change from AT&T (2min 45 sec.). However, the "PVC create time" field still showed to be at 32 weeks. Should this field also change to reflect the rebuilt PVC on S1.2????

Depending on what they changed on the PVC the creation time would not be updated. If CIR or other mapping changed, other than deleting and recreating the pvc this creation time will not be updated.

Thanks for the input Don. Actually, they did delete and re-create the PVC but the create time did not change. Werid or just a bad serial port?
