Hi,
I use 'sh mac' on 2900 series switches for troubleshooting and to track down MAC addresses on the switches. We just installed a 4006 and it doesn't have the command 'sh mac'. What command on the 4006 will give me the same functionality to show what MACs are associated to what ports?

Hi.
With 'sh arp' you can see cache of the macs and ip (or machine's names) associated, as well as the vlan.
Hope this help.
Regards.

Sh cam dynamic . One of my main pet peeves , cisco doesn't keep anything consistent across the lines .
