Hello,
I want to size a branch router for a customer and i need to know the questions which questions should I ask him to make a sizing?

Assuming router is for WAN<>LAN, and not also routing for LAN<>LAN, you size for the either the maximum amount of WAN bandwidth that will be physically supported (e.g. gig Ethernet, don't forget, duplex, i.e. it's two way) or the maximum amount of WAN bandwidth actually available for use (i.e. less bandwidth than physical connection provides, e.g. 200 Mbps on gig circuit) or even the maximum amount of WAN bandwidth you expect to actually normally use.
