SMTP MAil CW2k

Hi all,

Need some help on this one,when i try to generte and mail a report it gives me an errors, this is what i do,

RME-configuraion Management -Network ShowCommandd-Immediate Execution

I select a device and run a SH ver and i try to email this report to my email account it gives me an error,

503 5.0.0 Need mail before RCPTYou have entered an invalid mail address your system may not have the SMTP configured properly.

So i go to RME --Administration --System configuration -SMTP and check my mail server it is correct .

my DFM also works on the same mail server address i have no problems with it , but the above will not work ,

any ideas , am i missing any configuration on ciscoworks .

You could check the following:

SMTP is configured right

Try again with emai-id with and without the domainname

Ensure that sendmail daemon running on port 25 is working fine.
