Hello,

Memory and processor utilization should be a standard OID. CPU: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.6 I think that will work across the board but you can refer to these links here:

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseMIB.do?local=en&step=2&submitClicked=true&mibName=CISCO-PROCESS-MIB#dependencies

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseMIB.do?local=en&step=2&submitClicked=true&mibName=CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB#dependencies

If your really want an easier way to monitor and add new routers with MRTG like graphs I suggest you go take a look at Cacti. www.cacti.net One of the best and most simple to use monitoring packages.
