Hi, i have a 3640 router and a server that i use to poll for mrtg graphs. What are the commands to setup an ACL or something that can block snmp from everything but that host.

Its as simple as this.
access-list 10 permit host
snmp-server community

this is all i need, i don't have to apply it to an interface or have a deny statments?
