spanning and traffic directional

i'm new is cisco product,

after the spanning traffic, is the traffic uni-directional or bidirectional traffic,

e.g after spanning, can spanned port traffic go out to other port which traffic pass to other port ?

When you SPAN a port, the switch will simultaneousy direct any traffic to or from the spanned port to the destination SPAN port as well as the real destination port so the traffic you see in bidirectional.
