static routes intermittently stop being advertised in eigrp

I have a border router (RouterA)that is configured for eigrp 10 and 5 and distributes between the two. RouterB is in eigrp 5 and RouterC is in eigrp 10. Every now and again the static routes, and only the static routes, learnt from the eigrp 10 stop being advertised into eigrp5 even though they are still reachable from Router A, so routerB doesn't know about them.

There is no change in the topology.

Any views on this, has anyone experienced this.

Router A (cisco 7120-4T1) IOS is :

You should probbaly open a tac case for this--we'll need a good bit more information to track it down.
