This feels like a pretty basic question, but I can't seem to find the answer in the 6509 documentation.
Here's the background: We are replacing two Sup1A-MSFC supervisors with Sup 2s. The Sup1As will be re-allocated to other 6509s that currently have Sup1As with NO MSFCs. The current Sup1A-MSFCs are running Native IOS. I need to know if the supervisors have enough memory for certain functions in their new deployment.
As far as I understand native IOS on the 6509 Sup1As, the "show version" output only shows the memory on the MSFC. First question: is that statement correct? If so, here's the second question: how can I find the memory on the supervisor module itself through Native IOS?
I feel like I'm missing something; in other words, I'm wondering if the "show memory" ouput in conjunction with "show version" will indicate the division of memory between the MSFC and the supervisor.
And FYI we're running IOS 12.1(8b)E15
Thank you!

To check for the SP(Supervisor memory) you can do a "remote command switch sh ver"
