Switch 1924 Does not go to POST

Does anybody know how to fix this, i get 1-3-6 ports on my switch AMBER, cisco(Trblsht) says replace firmware did this already... i am starting to think it might be my Mem anybody ever run into this problem??

1xNonfatal---Port loopback test.

3x Fatal---Content addressable memory test. Switch is not operational. Contact Cisco Systems.

6x Fatal---CAM SRAM test. Switch is not operational. Contact Cisco Systems.

Hi Friend,

I believe this is a hardware failure and you may need to contact Cisco TAC to get it replaced.
