What is the difference between the WS-X6500-SFM2 and the WS-C6500-SFM?

Why would I use one over the other?

The Switch Fabric Module 2 (WS-X6500-SFM2) is supported in all Catalyst 6500 Series products including 6513, while the Switch Fabric Module (WS-C6500-SFM) is supported in the Catalyst 6506 and Catalyst 6509. No performance difference between the two.

The SFM2 is $6,000 more money.

Are you sure there is no performance differences. memory,etc?
