Hi Community,
I need to decode a "show stacks " output. While doing some research and reading AFROJ AHMAD statement in post (Getting High CPU S720 due SNMP Prime) i figured out that i need to find some "symbols.gz" files for the corresponding IOS version.
Also this link http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/7600/Hardware/Hardware_Guides/Supervisor_Engine_and_Route_Switch_Processor_Guide/76-sup-rsp/Troubleshooting.html#wp1112254 is referring to some ....symbols.gz.
Question: Where do i get those files?
Hope you can help.
Best regards
Philipp

Phillipp,
Those symbolz.gz files are used in TAC troubleshooting / decoding and not, as far as I know, made publicly available.
If you need to decode the output you mention, please open a TAC case.
