Syslog timestamp 1 hour off

Hello,

Hopefully easy question: In RME > Syslog Analysis > any report, the timestamp is one hour behind. My syslog Collector status shows correct time and my CW server machine has correct time.

What am I missing?

Thanks!!

What RME/IDU version is installed?. From the CLI, try re-starting the Syslog process to see if it helps: pdterm SyslogAnalyzer, pdexec SyslogAnalyzer

Hi, following rmushtaq's suggestion, I issued the following commands in w2k command prompt:

pdterm SyslogAnalyzer

pdexec SyslogAnalyzer

This corrected my timestamp issue in syslog reports.

Good luck!
