Trouble with Cisco 2610

Hi all,

We have router 2610 with interface wic2T.i make the command "erase start" in order to clear the config, after , i reloaded the router . when i try to access in the router wih console, i can't .

there is no config in router so i can't access with telnet.

What can i do it in order to have access in the router??????

maybe your terminal emulation programm uses wrong connection values for the serial communication (baud-rate, stop-bits or something like that)

i use the correct parametre , but it doesen't work .

try using different baud rates, each time you change the baud rate you must close the emulation programe and open it. Try break into it, that might help.
