Trunk Connection Cisco 2924

Hi,

I have two Switches IOS Cisco 2924 one with IOS (C2900XL-H-M), Version 11.2(8)SA4 and other with IOS (C2900XL-H-M), Version 11.2(8)SA5, when I try to configure trunk, the command switchport mode doesn't have the subcommand trunk, just have the subcommand access or multi, how can I configure trunk ?

Hi Alex,

Just to inform you cat2924xl with 4MB flash doesn`t support trunking. so you will not be able to able create trunks on 4 MB catalysts. I`m very sure that your switches have 4 MB flash, let me know if you have different switches.

Hi,

My catalyst 2924xl has 8 MB flash, I solved the problem upgrading the IOS.
