We are using about 2000, 2509-ets, the 8 tty lines are configured for modem DTR-act, to simulate DCD by connector wiring. When the frame-relay S0 drops, the telnet session to the ports does not disconnect for 8 minutes and sometimes never until a remote clear line is issued. Is there some type of watch dog timer etc. to assist. As data is being lost from the tty terminal/hosts as long as the DTR is active.
