Upgrade Code to Cat6500 1-port OC12 ATM Module 6101

I've a Catalyst 6500 switch with a 6101 1-port OC12 ATM module and I want to upgrade the code of it.

I have followed the procedure provided in http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/sw_5_3/atm_cfg/cli.htm to use copy tftp 3/bootflash: command (the ATM module sits at slot 3), but it did not upgrade the code of the ATM module even after I reset the module. It just uploaded the code and put it in the flash of the switch supervisor engine.

Can anyone kindly show me the procedure or point me to proper document?

Try upgrading the code for the ATM module one more time following the instructions in the link that you provided. I've had a situation when the second time I've done it, it worked.

Sorry for the belated reply, just back from vacation.

I've tried the procedure more than a couple of times, but still no luck. Do you have any other insight?
