Upgrade IOS for cisco 3750 stacked switch

Hi,

I have a few stacked cisco 3750 switch. If I upgrade the IOS with .bin or .tar file format with one of the switch via remote CLI telnet. How to transfer the IOS to other switch?

Is that posiable to telnet to different unit (Stacked switch) remotely?

I've upgraded one stack so far, I simply telnetted in and used (I think) the archive tar /xtract command to upload the IOS. This uploaded it to both switches in the stack..

Since you only have one IP on the stack telnet just gets you into the stack as a whole, but you can see the flash on each switch by doing:

dir flash1:

dir flash2:

etc...
