Upgrade to Campus Manager 3.3

I have LMS ver. 2.1 include campus manager 3.2

I would like to upgrade Campus Manager 3.3

Should I upgrade the LMS ?

Or only upgrade to CM 3.3 ?

where can I get this CM 3.3 upgrade file ?

CM 3.3 requires CiscoWorks Common Services 2.2. Do you have already installed it?

Anyaway, I'd better upgrade LMS 2.1 to 2.2. If you have a current Software Application Support (SAS) contract you can request the LMS May 2003 update kit using your service contract number at http://www.cisco.com/upgrade .This kit includes CM 3.3 and and later versions of DFM, RME, etc.

I think these files are not avalaible for download. You have to place an order to get a copy.

I'm not sure but I think CiscoWorks Common Services is only included in LMS 2,2 and replaces CD One in LMS 2.1 and previous versions.

It is not available as a download from CCO. You need to order the upgrade via your normal upgrade ordering process.
