upgrading CatOS for 6509 SUP2 & PFC2

I would like to upgrade a 6509 switch running a WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE and WS-F6K-PFC2 (supervisor 2 and PFC2. Does anyone have any ideas how I can research these effectively. I can't find a way of finding the details of a software release for the two cards. I'm currently running cat6000-sup2_6-2-2.bin for the swicth and c6msfc2-is-mz_121-4_E1.bin for the supervisor. The switch is running with 256Meg RAM and 32 Meg flash.

I'm looking for an upgrade that will run IP, EIGRP, BGP4, QoS and HSRP.

I've tried Ciscos software advisor but it's very limited.

Any ideas?

I suggest General Deployment 6.4(11) for the Sup2 and 12.1(13)E4 for the MSFC2. Both these releases have good exposure and have lot of bug fixes
