Username privilege exec level on Catalyst 4000 and 6000 Series

Is it possible configure differents privilege exec levels on Catalyst 4000 and 6000 as we do on routers or Catalyst 3548 ?

How could I configure differents access level password?

there is only Exec and Enable level on CatOS.

I´d like to limit the enable mode access on CLI-Based switch. Only some users would have permission to enter privileged mode access.( switchname>(enable) set ...... )

I think i can do this using a Radius server.
