WAAS Central Manager Trust vs HTTPS Certificate Regeneration

I have to regenerate HTTPS certificates on some ISR IOS-XE (17.6.3a) WAN routers. We're using WAAS Central Manager (6.4.5c b32), which I believe communicates with the AppNav routers via HTTPS. Once the certificate is updated, is there are process required to maintain/establish a new trust relationship between the CM and router? Anyone aware of any gotchas?

not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I am aware of doing this using vManage, seems to be a pretty straight-forward process where the AppNav XE device just accepts the new certificate. The document linked below does not describe any caveats...
