CSLU no Ack to switch

Hi All,

 

We have upgraded our existing on prem SSM to the latest version so he supports CLSU as well.

 

We have adapted our switches with the clsu configuration. If I login to my SSM I can see all the switches under inventory - licenses. Under the tab "SL Using Policy" I see the switches as well, with the remark "Usage report from product instance".

 

I don't see the acknowledgement.

 

When I logon to the switch and do a "sh license status", I see "none" behind Last ACK received.

 

The sync between SSM and Cisco is working fine.

 

How do I get the ack? And do I need to have the Trust Code Installed? I should happen automatically no? Or do I need to import/export the usage data manually?

 

When doing CLSU immediately to Cisco, all works fine, but when working with an on-prem SSM it seems to be more difficult.
