I can ping the unix box from the local lan, but cant ping the same ip from the host router. I can ping other divices on the same network. Is this just an issue with the unix box. Any advice appreciated.
Check the gateway address on the unix box. It should be the router. Double check the ip on the unix box too. If all interfaces are in the same network they have to talk. Somethings sounds like it is addressed incorrectly.
Thanks for the reply, I thought it was a routing issue also. I found the problem was an issue with the Unix box. Had to build a Route List inside the Unix. Thanks Again
