On ,my channelized DS3 interfaces I am seeing RX throttles. The is no overutilization in bandwidth. What is this and what would be causing it to happen?
T1 3 is up
timeslots: 1-24
FDL per AT&T 54016 spec.
No alarms detected.
Framing is ESF, Clock Source is Internal, Rx throttles 11050
T3 3/0 is up. Hardware is CT3 single wide port adapter
