I execute sh log and I found that:
Jan 24 14:06:33: %SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGP: list 101 permitted udp 10.10.1.15(138) -
> 10.10.1.255(138), 1 packet
But I don't know what is it, and what are there a lot of traffic UDP, we have a Ethernet network and we work with TCP.
%SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGP ?
1 packet ?
Another error:
Jan 24 14:10:12: %AMDP2_FE-5-LATECOLL: Ethernet0/0 transmit error

The first is not an error. Its a syslog message that pops up when a packet is matched by access-list 101. You might have given the option of "log" at the end of the access-list. due to which this syslog message is coming.
udp 138 is netbios traffic, coming from the windows workstations.
the second error, is due to late collisions on the ethernet segment.

And what is it?
Jan 24 15:13:40: %SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGDP: list 101 permitted icmp 10.10.1.52 -> 207.38.64.40 (8/0), 1 packet
(8/0) ??

Thats a ICMP echo sourced from 10.10.1.52 (ping, etc).
8/0 is ICMP type 8, code 0
