I have that in my router but I want to remove it.

ip local pool default 10.10.3.112 10.10.3.115

Who can I do that?

no ip local pool default 10.10.3.112 10.10.3.115

from local configuration.

It is a good idea to remove unused commands in a router.

Before removing the command, make sure you're not really using it.
