This card is assembled on my catlyst 4006 swith, now it works in a abnormal states - the indicator light is always in RED.
But i don't know what faction it has. And where can I find details about it.

WS-X4019 is the accelerator module for Supervisor 2 engine in a CAT4006? What do you mean by faction?

The Sup2 architecture is based on three K1 ASICs
K1(a)---K1(b)---K1(c)
Each K1 ASIC has 6 gigabit connections coming out of it which go to line cards/uplink ports. As you can see from above diagram K1(a) and K1(c) are not directly connected. The WS-X4019 card connects K1(a) and K1(c) directly but at the expense of the Supervisor uplink ports. As you can see, the advantage of WS-X4019 module is for any traffic coming into/going out of K1(a) and going into/out of K1(c) need not traverse through K1(b).
You have a faulty fabric module which needs to be replaced. Open a TAC case and get it replaced.
