why I could not execute "sh flash" on UBR7223?(ergent!!!)

On a UBR7223,I inserted a PCMCIA in slot0,the system boot from it normally.I can use "dir disk0:"etc command on the ubr7223,

but I could not use "sh flash","dir slot0:"!I have the following questions:

1.Is disk0 slot0?Are they same?

2.if the above answer is "yes",why I encouter such kind of problem?

3.If the above answer is "no",could you give me a clear explaination?

ATA PCMCIA Flash disks use different command syntax when referring to the PCMCIA slot. Substitute the command syntax disk0: or disk1: if you are using an ATA PCMCIA Flash disk instead of slot0: or slot1: which refers to Linear PCMCIA Flash memory cards.
