I cannot get a Wic-1b-u-v2 to work in a 2610

it will not go past "ESTABLISH_AWAITING_TEI

I have upgraded image to 12.3(12)

card and same config, and cable will work in a 3640

so I know all of that is good. any suggestions?

You could try with a different software version, or you if you have access to Bug Toolkit, it might give you some information about whether it is a known problem.

Do you have the Wic-1b-u-v2 in NM-2W

This card is supported on 12.3(10) or later.

What feature set are you running? This may require an ip plus feature set
