WIC-2T cards

hi everybody my problem is simple :

i try to make a WIC-2T card working.

when i configure this card as DCE & another router as DTE it works same thing when i configure this card as DTE & the other router as DCE. Both ser0/0 & ser0/1 are working fine.

But when i try to configure a DTE/DTE connection all are down in both side. Can someone tell me why or also can anyone telling how to make it work ?

I think it's not possible to connect the two DTE devices through back to back connection via serial cable. Any one device should be a DCE for clock synch. It is possible only if you are connecting through external clock source like CSU/DSU, Modem. Via ISP.
