Wierd problem

For some reason, no users on a particular VLAN are able to get to the following link:

http://www.thesecondchancemovie.com/_site/mediaplayer/index.php?id=9f72b0fbe5bde711a0696cac5b339a5e

One user complained, not sure why, the link is nothing special. But I can follow the link from other VLAN's. There is no content filtering policy, the firewall rule for web, is a blanket rule that covers the same logic for all VLAN's. There are no IOS ACL's that may restrict access. All other access to web is normal on this VLAN. Any ideas? Im thinking something on the site is having a problem with the computers that try to access it?

What error(s) are the users receiving on the affected vlan? Are they using XP with the local firewall?
