I'm considering getting WLSE. I have 100 AP's in 33 buildings on a small campus, so a big part of the job is entering floorplans and AP locations. Does WLSE properly handle relations between devices on different buildings and floors? If so how does one indicate the relative locations of the different floorplans?
Thanks!

The WLSE can certainly manage a 100 AP's. With reference to it's exact capabilities, please see the product data sheet. I could locate the data sheet for WLSE 2.5. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps3915/products_data_sheet09186a0080184970.html

Thanks for your reply.
The data sheet says WLSE 2.5 can manage up to 2500 AP's, but my concern is whether it correctly maps coverage areas in three dimensions (between floors) and considers AP's in nearby buildings. I don't see anything in the data sheet about that.
