Does anyone know the procedure upgrading software for this module?

You download software(6.3(2) is the latest) from CCO at

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cat5000-intellother

Then you can use the download command. Here is the syntax

download

Example:download 10.1.1.1 c5gem.6-3-2.bin 3

How do we backup an image on WS-x5410? Don't we have to remove current image before we upgrade new IOS??

We tried to use "upload" command, but it didn't really work... :(
