Can multilink be used with 2 diffrent ISPs - one connection being wireless and the other T1.

Combining two or more connections to the internet into one virtual pipe.
Bear with me if I am not explaining this as well as I should :)

You can not combine these two pipes for two reasons. They are not using the same l2 technology and they are not going to the same provider, left alone the same router. You could still use these two links separatly to connect to the two ISPs though.

Thanks for your response ritter.
Can I connect these two connections to one router for a level of fault tolerence? What IOS command would I use to initiate this? FYI the router I am using is a 1720.

You can have the two links connected to the two ISPs and just use a static route toward each service provider as follow:
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
