Please do this :
switch: flash_init
switch:load_helper

It should work. If it doenot work out then try loading a new image on to flash via X-modem.

Error loading "flash:c2950-i6q412-mz.121-6.EA2c.bin"

Hector,
I beleive your file is corrupt that' why its not booting up and therefore backing up the same IOS will not help us in this case.
I have got a file from my 2950 and have uploaded on this site:
username : ciscotac
password : cisco
Please go ahead and download it from here and upload it on your switch.
Let me know once you are done.

Once youa re done, please boot the switch with the new image. Do the following :
Switch: flash_init
switch:load_helper
switch: boot flash:
I would suggest to delete the old file to make some space so that we are on safer side.
switch: delete flash:
Make sure that you set the boot path once you are up on the switch.
