configuring vlan on c4006

I've been trying to configure a vlan in a Catalyst 4006, L3 switching, in my L2 switch i used this commands

switch>set vlan 20 name red20 type ethernet mtu 1500

And in the router i used

interface VLAN 20; At this time i've got a prompt of unrecognize command, and i don`t know what i'm doing wrong.

You will need to use use either port-channel sub-interfaces or gigabit sub-interfaces with a WS-X4232-L3 module. The following page should help

But i need to create an interface vlan on the routing because i'm lookin for a configuration of prority-list, and i'm trying to do it on an specific vlan.

Interface VLANs are not supported in WS-X4232-L3 module. QoS capabilities
