After changing the hostname and ip address of our CW2k LMS2.1 server, DFM 1.2.2 isn't working anymore, showing this error message:
Cannot attach to Domain DFM!
Cannot find domain DFM on server 10.50.1.10: Operation timed out: connect
The displayed ip is the old ip. I follwed all steps described in the Cisco documentation for changing IP Address and Hostnames for LMS Server. I've also edited the broker.info file to the new hostname.
How can this be corrected?

If the above does not help, then check the following registry keys for the the key SM_BROKER:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment
Change the SM_BROKER to reflect the correct server Name and reboot the server.

Is this Windows or Solaris?. Have you also tried deleting the broker.rps after stopping all the processes and then re-starting them back again?

It's a Windows 2000 server. Stopping/restarting the processes is not solving the problem, but I haven't deleted the broker.rps file. I'll give it a try, thanks.
